At Perfume e Body Splash, we want you to feel confident in your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume or body splash is in its original packaging, unopened, and securely packed to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for safety seals, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
